Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Candle Boxes USA through candleboxesusa.com or by quote. By ordering you agree to them.

1. Quotes and prices

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the size, quantity, material and print you describe. A change to any of these can change the price. Prices are in US dollars.

2. Artwork and proofs

Before production you receive a digital proof. Check every detail on it: spelling, layout, colour, size. We print exactly what is approved. You guarantee that the designs, logos and wording you supply are yours to use.

3. Payment

Shop orders on this website are settled by cash on delivery. For quoted work we issue an invoice, payable before the job goes into production.

4. Production and delivery

After you approve the proof we need 7–10 business days to produce the order (5 with rush service). Shipping in the USA is free and usually takes 3–5 business days. Dates are estimates; delays caused by carriers are outside our control. A small over- or under-run is normal in print production.

5. Returns, reprints and refunds

Made-to-order goods are non-returnable. The rules for reprints and refunds are on our Returns & Refunds page, which is part of these terms.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel without charge before approving the proof. Approved orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or missed event dates.

8. This website

Pictures on the site illustrate what we can make and are not a promise of an identical result. All text and images are owned by Candle Boxes USA and may not be reused without consent.

9. Governing law

Any dispute is subject to United States law and the law of the state in which our business is registered.

10. Changes

These terms can change from time to time. Your order is covered by the version published when you placed it.
